Let’s talk about the signature experience…⁠

Hi, I’m Kelly, and I’m not your average wedding florist 👋⁠ I’m a luxury wedding florist based in the Scottish Borders, but if you are thinking of booking me as your wedding florist, here’s some things you need to know…⁠

⁠My work is my passion, and it’s all about pushing boundaries and just doing things a little bit differently – both with my floral designs, and with my processes. ⁠Your wedding is the most special day IMO, and wedding flowers are not a copy and paste job for me – each day is dreamy and magical in its own way.

When you sign up to my signature experience I can hand on heart say the customer experience you receive is second to none – time is the most important part of the experience, and you get lot’s of mine. I need time to chat to you as a couple, hear all about your wedding, listen to your thoughts and ideas and learn all about you – it’s only with the time and space to do this that anyone could transform your visions into a reality, with designs as individual and unique as you.

Throughout our time together we collaborate to create your own custom event floral plan, including a very important visit to your venue together to check out the space, and really think about how to make the most impact with your florals. No matter where you are based that can be arranged, or even if you are in a far off land planning a destination wedding, I can do a visit and take you round virtually! For those Scottish Borders based like me I know the venues here very, very well! This is one of the most important parts of the experience, and it’s also a lot of fun to walk around your wedding venue with someone as cuckoo about weddings as you are about yours!

Because of this high touch service I don’t have any package prices, deals or standardised options. You tell me your budget, and I’ll work to it, creating designs that fit with your vibe and the budget, in a way that gets you the absolute most bang for buck. I don’t have a list of things ‘you ‘need’, there aren’t individual costs for items and I can’t tell you exactly what flowers will be used on the day. This allows me full creativity to make the most amazing installs and arrangements for you, whilst also using seasonal florals to get the most for your money.

It may sound scary to give away some of the control but it’s actually a really relaxed and straightforward way of working – with just a sprinkling of trust that you know I’ll do my very best for you, while you tick all things floral and decor off your list!

Step One – submit your enquiry form here; https://wildflowerandwillow.co.uk/event-enquiry-form Pop as much info as you can/have in here, and this will give us a really good place to progress from. 

Step Two – In your initial consultation we’ll have a good long chat, discuss your day and begin to talk about what is realistically possible. After the meeting or call (depending on your location!) I’ll put together a personalised proposal document outlining how we may approach the floral elements of your wedding day. It will summarise key points we’ve talked through as well as contain a moodboard, some thoughts on colour schemes, a list of potential arrangements and your budget. If you choose to go ahead following this then it’s a 50% non-refundable booking fee payment required at this point to secure your date.

Step Three – We’ll continue to check in, and organise your venue visit – this is where things get much more exciting as designs can begin to come to life!

Step Four- Around 6 weeks before your wedding,  we’ll have a final consultation to run through everything floral, confirm numbers for bridal party/family flowers or any tables and chat through anything else that needs to be addressed. Your final payment is due after this meeting, then it’s time for you to relax, get excited and enjoy the run up to your big day, while I get busy busy ordering your blooms and starting prep! Then on the big day I am entirely yours – I only take on one wedding per week so I can be there for all set up, buttonhole pinning, bouquet pruning and anything else you need! At this point I usually bawl like a baby – I just bloody love weddings, and seeing everything come together!
