Wildflower & Willow is not your average florist. I push the boundaries and do things differently not only with my florals, but also with my process. There are absolutely no cookie-cutter weddings here; my personal service is second to none as I give you my time and I give you lots of it! I listen, I learn, and I take every piece of information to transform your dream and vision into reality with designs that are uniquely personal to you.

I make it my mission to create stunning wedding florals while simplifying things for my couples. I want you to enjoy the journey, making it stress-free and as easy for you as possible. Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and you deserve florals that are just as enchanting, dreamy and unforgettable. Artisan arrangements that are not only visually striking, rich in texture, detail and colour, but are also a true reflection of you. As a couple, you are 100% unique and your florals should be too. 

Weddings are a true passion to me, and it’s such an honour to be part of your special day. From the bridal bouquet to the grand installations that transform your wedding space, each creation is entirely bespoke and unique to you, tailored to reflect you as a couple and the venue you’ve chosen. as a couple and your chosen venue. 

We’ll work closely to craft your unique floral plan. We’ll even visit your venue together to visualise the florals within the space itself.

This highly personal approach means there are no fixed price lists or upfront quotes. Instead, we’ll work to your budget—you tell me the spend, and together we’ll create designs that fit this.

Working with your dream colour scheme, theme and vision, I will explore designs that work for you and your venue, and where to focus your budget for maximum impact. It’s a relaxed and straightforward way of working that allows for unrestrained creativity and more bang for your buck!

To allow for the impeccably high standard of service I hold myself accountable to, I only take on a select number of signature experience events each year.

If you love W&W work but don't quite have the budget or need all the bells & whistles, lower budget events can be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Step 1  - The Enquiry

You’ve read a little more about me and my straightforward approach and you like the sound of unrestrained creativity and unmatched customer service. That’s great! The next step is to submit an enquiry form to get the ball rolling and get an initial consultation booked.

Step 2 - Conversation and Consultation

We’ll have a good old chat where I’ll start to learn all about you and your vision for your big day. We’ll discuss your budget and what’s realistically achievable.

Following our consultation, I’ll spend time creating a personalised proposal document outlining the details, the kinds of florals, a moodboard, my own research into what I feel will work, a colour scheme, a list of arrangements, any “nice to haves”, and the agreed budget.

Then to secure your date, a 50% non-refundable booking fee will be required at this stage

Step 3 - Follow Up & Venue Visit

Once we’re up and running, we’ll continue to check in, at a pace that suits you with WhatsApp always open to chat all things floral and wedding related. We’ll schedule a venue visit to discuss the designs in person. And from here your designs will start to take shape - there’s nothing quite like imagining your florals within the space itself!

Step 4 - The Final Steps

Around 6 weeks ahead of your big day, we’ll have your final consultation to go over your requirements, confirm the numbers, and address any logistical details. The final payment will be due after this meeting. Then it’s time to enjoy the countdown to your wedding day with absolute peace of mind that your florals will be magical!

Step 5 - The Big Day

The big day is here! You can expect everything to run smoothly and exactly as planned. I’ll personally oversee the delivery and setup of all your floral arrangements, ensuring there is not a petal out of place. I’ll of course be delivering your bridal bouquet personally and taking care of every detail so you can focus on enjoying your special day. Congratulations!!
